• Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure are fully refundable or reschedulable subject to availability; 48–72 hours before departure 50% applies; less than 48 hours before departure no refund applies.
• Late arrival does not extend the charter duration.
• In unsafe weather the trip is rescheduled.
• Bookings on New Year, Eid, public holidays and special events are non-refundable.
